Orpha-Marie Smith - Turkey breast, Swiss cheese, mushrooms and tarragon mayo on your choice of bread. Broiled.
Big Jake - A cheeseburger club sandwich - two 1/4lb. bacon cheeseburgers with mayo, lettuce and tomato on toasted homemade bread.
Big Ben - Locally raised sirloin steak sautéed with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, topped with melted cheese.
Emily Clarkson Moore - Turkey breast, Swiss cheese, tomato slices and Russian dressing on your favorite bread. Grilled.
Sandra Bickert - Broiled chicken breast, brushed with Italian dressing, topped with melted mozzarella cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomato, served on a grilled garlic Kaiser roll.

Burgers are offered in two sizes - 8oz. (deluxe) and 12 oz. (jumbo), char-broiled to your preference of rare, medium or well.
Samuel Partridge - Char-broiled burger with bacon, melted American cheese and garlic mayo.
Horace Allen - Char-broiled burger with sautéed mushrooms and melted American cheese.
Martial Waite - Char-broiled burger with sautéed onions, green peppers, mushrooms and American cheese.
Black Angus Cheeseburger - An 8oz. hand pressed all natural burger, locally raised by Kilcoyne Farms. Topped with melted cheese and served with mayo, lettuce, tomato and a side of fries.

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - A deep-fried chicken breast seasoned with Buffalo wing sauce, served on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, bleu cheese and a side of fries.
Chicken Tenders - 1/2 lb. with choice of BBQ, honey dijon, sweet and sour or Eben's homemade appetizer sauce, with a side of French fries.
