Eben's catering service offers a complete selection of menu items suitable for any occasion from picnics, BBQ's, pig roast, and relaxed gatherings to formal receptions and dinners parties. We specialize in off premises set-ups, however we do have in-house facilities for events up to 35 guest at our 115 Maple Street location in Potsdam, New York.

An extremely important aspect of our service is predetermining all meal details, as well as event details, thereby enabling those involved in planning the event to relax and enjoy time with their guest.  Our menus are a proven success. However, using our menus as a guideline for your own request is encouraged and welcomed.

With a full dining set up, we furnish white linen table cloths, heavy duty plastic plates, decorative paper napkins, silverware, candles, bud vases, and condiments. We set the tables after their arrangement has been determined. A buffet set up includes  heavy duty plastic plates, decorative paper napkins, silverware, and condiments on the buffet table. Both set ups include all serving equipment and utensils for the meal. As an option real plates and salad bowls, as well as linen napkins and table cloths in assorted colors are available. We take full responsibility for set up and clean up for all equipment and utensils we supply.
