WELCOME to Eben's Hearth Catering Service. We have provided our service to St. Lawrence County since 1982 accommodating any dining need at any feasible location. We have the equipment and experience to serve parties from 15 - 300 people in a timely manner. Eben's catering offers a consultation service which provides not only meal plans, but also site review to enable the entire event to flow smoothly. A number of references are available upon request for all types of events we have catered.

WE BRING IT TO YOU !  Make your event a lasting memory by having it at your special location.  Eben's provides a rental service of tents, tables, chairs, portable restrooms, and generators to facilitate a celebration where it is meaningful to you and your guests.

Eben's catering service offers a complete selection of menu items suitable for any occasion from picnics, BBQ's, pig roasts, and relaxed gatherings to company picnics and dinners parties, as well as business and training luncheons wherever your meeting takes place. We specialize in off premises set-ups, however we do have in-house facilities for events up to 35 guests at our 115 Maple Street location in Potsdam, New York.

An extremely important aspect of our service is predetermining all meal details, as well as event details, thereby enabling those involved in planning the event to relax and enjoy time with their guests.  Our menus are a proven success. However, using our menus as a guideline for your own requests is encouraged and welcomed.

With a full dining set up, we furnish white linen table cloths, white corelle dinner plates, wood-wove salad bowls, decorative paper napkins, silverware, bud vases, and condiments. We set the tables after their arrangement has been determined. Set up includes all serving equipment and utensils for the meal. Linen napkins and table cloths in assorted colors, additional serviceware and glassware are available. We take full responsibility for set up and clean up for all equipment and utensils we supply.
