  Served medium well. Marinated and char-broiled, served on a bed of rice with burgundy-mushroom gravy.

  10 oz filet of sirloin topped with sautéed mushrooms.

  Your choice of broiled or deep fried.
Salmon Filet
  A 8 oz filet grilled in a light butter and wine sauce. or try it poached.
