Our featured New York State table wine, bottled by Heron Hill Vineyards in Hammondsport, NY
Game Bird White - Semi-dry, with delicate flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. Pairs well with fish, poultry and spicy pasta dishes.
Game Bird Blush - Floral aromas and flavors of cranberry and citrus pair nicely with turkey and pork dishes.
Game Bird Red - a light bodied, delicate wine exhibiting the aromas of violets and the essence of black cherry. Goes well with fish, turkey and beef.
Mirassou Pinot Noir - a California Pinot Noir offering fresh fruit flavors of cherries and currants with complementing aromas of strawberries and pomegranates. Pairs well with salmon and poultry
Mirassou Riesling - from California, this crisp and delicately structured wine offers aromas of peach, apricots, and spice with intense fruit flavors of red apple and peach. Pairs well with poultry or seafood.
Kendall-Jackson Cabernet Sauvingnon - a combination of French and American oak used to add different spice nuances as well as fruit from Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino counties make this wine rich and round, with wild blackberry, cassis and mocha flavors.
Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay - Bursting with tropical flavors - pineapple, mango, and papaya - from Northern Santa Barbara County, citrus notes from Monterey fruit, and Gala apple flavors define Sonoma County, ages in French oak barrels.

Chardonnay - a crisp white wine that pairs well with chicken, and pasta in white sauce.
Pinot Grigo - a light, crisp, fresh medium bodied wine.
White Zinfandel - a pink/rose colored wine, fruit flavored with various intensities of oak, which pairs well with red or white meat, and fish.
Lambrusco - a slightly sparkling, dry, red wine. Goes well with anything from spaghetti and meatballs to backyard barbecues.
Cabernet Sauvignon - a medium to full bodied wine with rich fruit characteristics.
Merlot - a soft, medium bodied red wine with fruit flavors. Accompanies poultry, red meat, pork, pastas, and salads.
Pinot Noir - lighter in body, lighter in color, and less tannic than cabernet sauvignon, merlot, or zinfandel.
